raising concerns

Occasionally, parents and others connected with the school community may become aware of matters which cause them concern. We encourage parents, firstly, to contact the school office by e-mail admin@dwps.co.uk or telephone 020 8571 1230 to raise their concerns before reverting to using the formal complaints procedure. The complaints policy for parents can be found in the “our school tab”- school policies –complaints policy.
